About me...
Hi I'm Jo. I graduated from the University of the West of England Bristol gaining BSc Hons in Physiotherapy almost a decade ago. I began my career working for the NHS at Gloucester Royal Hospital. Once I had completed my core junior rotations I decided I wanted to specialise in Musculoskeletal outpatients. I continued to work at Gloucester Royal Hospital as a specialist physiotherapist in the outpatients department.
After several years, I moved to work at Ledbury outpatients department as a senior specialist musculoskeletal physio. In 2022 I decided to make the move to private practice and set up my own clinic at home on our family farm.

I love working with people and trying to get to the bottom of what is causing their problem, rather than just patching over the cracks. This means I can help you to get back to the things you love as soon as possible. Where possible I will always work with you to help prevent further problems and give you the tools to help you self manage.
Since qualifying I have completed post graduate courses in acupuncture, sports massage, chronic pain management, McKenzie technique and taping. I have a particular interest in working with Vestibular patients, helping with balance and dizziness problems, and I have completed post graduated training in this area.

Outside of physiotherapy I am busy mum of three and I also help my husband running our family dairy farm. I have been riding horses since I was three and have a particular passion for eventing. When I get time, I enjoy running, swimming and I am a keen, but wobbly, skier!
